After receiving your order at our overseas warehouse, we will ship it to Turkmenistan on the first available flight. You can pick it up at our office or one of our pickup points in Ashgabat, or you can use our delivery service.

Delivery to our foreign warehouses depends on the online retailers and platforms in those countries.

Once orders arrive at our facility, transport from Istanbul to Ashgabat takes approximately 2-3 business days, while delivery from other countries takes 7-10 business days.

Delivery from Ashgabat to regional centers takes approximately 1-2 business days. (Please contact our office in advance, as this service is currently in development).

As a rule, when purchasing on your own, you will pay with Visa and Mastercard.

When paying for your order through our company, prepayment is required, or you can top up your balance in your personal account on the Aseshop website via an advance cash deposit - the cost of the goods + service fee.

In standard mode, payment for delivery is made upon receipt of your goods at our foreign warehouse, or you can pay upon arrival at our office in Ashgabat, payment via bank cards on the Aseshop website is also possible.

Cash payment to our driver-forwarder upon delivery in Ashgabat is also available if you use our "courier delivery" service.

Shipping costs depend on the weight and size of the packaged goods. For more detailed tariffs, please see the Tariffs section or use the Calculator.

If the volumetric weight exceeds the physical weight, the shipping rate is determined in accordance with the volumetric weight.
The volumetric weight is calculated based on the dimensions of the shipment packaging using the formula: length (cm) x width (cm) x height (cm)/5000 = volumetric weight (kg).

Some foreign online stores do not accept bank cards issued in Turkmenistan. In this case, we can process your order payment for you upon receiving prepayment. To do this, simply send us the links to the products you want. The commission for this service is 10% of the total order value.

You can pick up your order from our Ashgabat office at G. Ezizov 36 (Savkhoznaya) Street ("Ulag-Menzil" 1st floor, central entrance), or use our delivery service within Ashgabat, as delivery to other cities is currently in preparation.

The intended use of goods is determined by a customs official based on the nature, quantity, and frequency of movement.

When deciding on the intended use of goods, the customs official relies on the following criteria:

1. The nature of the goods - this takes into account the consumer properties of goods intended to satisfy family and household needs not related to use for commercial purposes.

2. Quantity of goods - homogeneous goods (of the same name, size, color, etc.) in quantities clearly exceeding the needs of the business and the person transporting the goods and members of his family are considered as goods imported for use in commercial activities.

3. Frequency of movement of goods - repeated movements by the same person of similar goods, albeit in small quantities, may be considered as goods moved for commercial use unless the person moving the goods proves otherwise.
